We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Social Media Executive to promote and sell our range of organic luxury beauty products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and the creativity to produce engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content that showcases our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive product sales through in-store, online, and social media platforms.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok and Instagram Reels to promote products and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
Represent the brand professionally in all customer and online interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, beauty retail, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels creation.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and organic products.
Self-driven, confident, and creative with an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to meet targets and work both independently and as part of a team.
