Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales consultations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close high-value deals.
Product & Market Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Provide customer insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and industry events.
Customer Support & After-Sales Service
Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
2 - 4 years of relevant sales experience.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
