Job Summary
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player in the oil and lubricant industry, to fill multiple sales positions that will support business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Acquire new distributors and customers.
Manage and maintain key customer relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Train, mentor, and support Sales Specialists.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in oil, lubricant, petroleum, or industrial product sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
