We are seeking an experienced Scheduler with a strong background in Healthcare or Home Care and an excellent level of English (90%+ spoken and written). This role is responsible for managing caregiver and patient schedules, coordinating appointments and interviews, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.


Key Responsibilities


Schedule and coordinate appointments and shifts for caregivers, clients, and patients.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to confirm, adjust, and manage schedules.
Communicate constantly with staff, clients, and management to ensure service quality.
Manage interview and meeting schedules, including confirmations and last‑minute changes.
Support recruitment, hiring processes, orientations, and basic HR administration.
Assist with payroll support tasks such as timesheet verification and data entry.
Maintain accurate employee records and perform general administrative and on‑call coordination duties.


Work Schedule (On-Site)


Monday - Thursday: 16:00 - 09:00
Friday: 16:00 - 23:59
Saturday: 00:00 - 23:59
Sunday: 00:00 - 09:00


Requirements


Excellent English proficiency (90% or higher).
Previous experience as a Scheduler, preferably in Healthcare or Home Care.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and empathy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information professionally.
