About the Role
We are a leader in home health and are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Scheduling Coordinator to join our Care Manager team. This role is essential to delivering a higher level of care by ensuring strong compatibility between clients and caregivers while maintaining high standards of customer and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detailÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂoriented, responsive, and thrives in a fastÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂpaced healthcare environment with complex scheduling demands. Prior experience in healthcare or medical administration is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Caregiver Coordination
Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients, families, caregivers, and referral sources
Communicate clearly, efficiently, and compassionately with clients, caregivers, physicians, and discharge nurses
Protect and promote the integrity and reputation of the company
Scheduling & Staffing
Manage ongoing client staffing and scheduling for new and existing engagements
Ensure compatible clientÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂcaregiver matches
Manage staff absences and lastÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂminute schedule changes to maintain full coverage
Conduct new client intakes and onboarding coordination
Operations & Case Management
Answer and manage office phone communications professionally
Perform case management activities as required
Arbitrate employmentÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂrelated issues affecting field staff and clients
Complete administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and office coordination

Education & Experience
College degree preferred
Prior experience in medical, healthcare, or home health environments strongly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
