Job Purpose


The School Administrator is responsible for overseeing the school's administrative operations, ensuring efficient systems, regulatory compliance, and effective support services that enable teaching and learning to thrive. The role ensures smooth coordination between academic, finance, HR, parents, and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations


Oversee daily administrative functions of the school.
Maintain accurate student and staff records.
Coordinate school calendars, events, and meetings.
Ensure proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).


Student Administration


Manage admissions processes and student enrolment documentation.
Maintain student attendance records.
Handle parent inquiries and correspondence.
Support student welfare documentation and reporting.


Staff & HR Support


Liaise with HR on staff documentation and onboarding processes.
Maintain personnel files and compliance records.
Coordinate staff communication and internal memos.


Finance & Procurement Support


Support budgeting processes and expense tracking.
Process invoices and manage vendor documentation.
Oversee procurement of school supplies and administrative materials.


Compliance & Governance


Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and school policies.
Prepare reports for regulatory authorities where required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Facilities & Logistics Coordination


Coordinate maintenance and facility management activities.
Ensure administrative support for school events and examinations.
Supervise front desk and administrative support staff where applicable.
