Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, qualified and experienced Science Teacher to join our Primary School team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Science lessons, developing pupils' scientific knowledge, curiosity and critical thinking skills, assessing pupils' progress and creating a stimulating learning environment.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Education/Science, Integrated Science, or a related field, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) where applicable as an added advantage.
At least 2 years of teaching experience at the primary school level.
Experience teaching within a Cambridge Associate School is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of basic scientific concepts and the ability to introduce scientific principles in an age-appropriate manner.
Ability to make Science practical, engaging and relatable to young learners.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Computer and digital literacy skills.
A strong commitment to pupil growth, academic excellence and the school's values.
