Scrum Master (Junior, Intermediate, Specialist, Expert)

Job Description Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices Remove impediments and proactively resolve blockers impacting delivery Shield the team from external interruptions and manage stakeholder interference Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable insights Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization Promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration within the team Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational standards Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields 3 - 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile role CSM or PSM certification preferred. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
