Job Summary
Our client is recruiting Secondary Sales Representatives to drive product sales across assigned retail outlets and territories.
The role focuses on achieving secondary sales targets, expanding outlet coverage, ensuring product availability, and maintaining strong in-store visibility through effective merchandising execution.
Successful candidates will also provide market intelligence to support sales growth and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Drive secondary sales by selling products directly to retail outlets within assigned territories.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Expand outlet penetration and onboard new retail customers.
Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at outlets.
Execute merchandising standards to maintain strong product visibility.
Ensure correct shelf arrangement, pricing accuracy, and stock rotation (FIFO).
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback and reports.
Submit daily sales and field activity reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Previous experience in FMCG sales or field sales is preferred.
Experience in secondary sales is an added advantage.
Must reside in or around Lekki.
Energetic, persuasive, organized, and target-driven.
Ability to work extensively in the field.
