Job purpose
To render effective and efficient secretarial, clerical and other administrative tasks in support of the Integrated Transport Planning Section
Appointment requirements
Grade 12 plus a secretarial qualification or training
At least one year's administrative experience
Computer literacy
Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Primary functions
Perform secretarial, clerical and other administrative tasks in support of the director
Respond to telephonic and electronic enquiries and forward such to the appropriate person
Greet and receive clients and visitors
File and process mail
Screen requests for meetings and appointments and help to organise meetings
Execute diverse official secretarial duties
