Job Overview


The Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional communication, supporting management and operational teams within the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Schedule meetings and manage appointments
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
Receive visitors and provide front-desk support
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support management with daily administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality of company information.


Qualifications


OND in Business Administration, Office Technology Management, or related field
2 - 3 years relevant administrative or secretarial experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
Candidate must reside around Lagos Island.


Required Competencies & Skills:


Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
