Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to the management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communication, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage correspondence and communication on behalf of the management team (emails, calls, and official documents).
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars efficiently.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
Maintain office supplies and ensure proper documentation flow.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Educational Qualification:
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Experience in an administrative or secretarial role is an added advantage.
