Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned to the organisation's commercial growth strategy
Take ownership of key client accounts, growing relationships from operational delivery through to strategic partnership
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through structured account planning and proactive sales execution
Develop and implement tailored account development plans to maximise revenue and client retention
Cross-sell and up-sell across a diverse and innovative product and solutions portfolio
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers at both executive and operational levels
Analyse market trends to identify new niches, growth areas, and competitive opportunities
Prepare and present sales forecasts, account plans, and performance reports to senior management
Proactively manage and resolve client, production, and service-related challenges
Work closely with internal teams including production, estimating, customer service, and management to ensure seamless delivery
Provide accurate weekly sales reporting and pipeline updates to management
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant industry-related qualification
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior account management, key accounts, or business development role
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a solutions-driven environment
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
Experience managing major or strategic accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building ability
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse opportunities and drive profitable growth
