Appointment requirements
Grade 12
At least two years' relevant working experience in property and project management, preferably in a real estate environment
A valid Code B driving licence
Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project)
Primary functions
Oversee any actions required of Council-approved items before further processing
Process the transfer of Council-approved items to the relevant sections
Facilitate land preparation projects that stand to harness revenue opportunities through the appointment of service providers through supply chain management processes
Ensure thorough data capturing, checking accuracy and assessing existing Council resolutions for better accountability and improved intelligence and planning so as to assist the section to formulate alternative streams
Coordinate overall reporting for the section through in-depth application as required
Conduct capital and operational budget oversight management (administration and advice)
Conduct financial record-keeping and reporting
Verify contract information on SAP
