Senior Financial Advisory Officer

JOB OBJECTIVE Manage the structuring and end-to-end execution of financial advisory and capital-markets mandates, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination, successful capital raising and timely transaction delivery. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support mandate origination by engaging prospective clients, developing relationships and identifying funding Prepare and submit Expressions of Interest, technical and financial proposals, pitch materials and client presentations. Develop appropriate financial structures, funding proposals, transaction terms, financial models and implementation recommendations. Lead transaction execution, including preparation of workplans, responsibility matrices, timelines and regular progress reporting. Coordinate transaction workstreams to ensure timely closeout. Coordinate transaction meetings and the preparation, review, consolidation and finalisation of offer documents Ensure transaction data rooms are well set up and managed Ensure statutory filings for transactions are well managed. Plan and execute investor engagement and distribution activities Leverage and expand institutional investor relationships to support capital raising Coordinate securities offering process and post-offer compliance Manage multiple mandates, review junior team outputs and contribute to the development of advisory templates and processes. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Minimum of a First Degree with a strong academic record; a Master's degree and/or ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage. Certified Shariah Adviser and Auditor (CSAA) qualification will be an added advantage 5-7 years' relevant experience in investment banking, financial advisory, issuing-house operations, capital markets or transaction advisory, with demonstrable experience leading capital-raising or securities-issuance transactions. Strong knowledge of financial structuring, corporate finance, financial modelling, regulatory filings, offer processes, listing requirements and post-offer compliance. Excellent project management, stakeholder coordination, transaction documentation, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple mandates and timelines. Experience in non-interest finance, infrastructure finance, sustainable finance or thematic investing is an advantage.
