We are seeking experienced and proactive Senior Growth Associates to drive sales, build customer relationships, and support revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


Generate leads, prospect clients, and close sales
Engage prospective students, promote the organisation programs, and convert leads
Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on sales strategies
Maintain records of student payments and performance dashboards
Represent the company in meetings and business discussions
Carry out other assigned duties.


Requirements


Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Proven track record of meeting targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Mature, responsible, and self-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team.
