\Reports to Manager IDP
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
National Diploma in Public Administration or equivalent qualification
Code EB driving license
03 years' experience in the IDP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinates activities associated with strategic and operational plans of the sub-section
Controls the key processes associated with the formulation and reviewing of the institutional IDP
Controls processes of integrated Development Planning framework
Coordinates the effective and efficient financial and assets management practices pertaining to the section
Coordinates and controls the Key Performance Indicators and outcomes of personnel within the sub-section
Coordinates the administrative and reporting requirements of the functionality of the sub-section
Contributes to the stakeholder management and communication of the section
