Essential Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years' IT recruitment experience within an agency environment.
Proven experience recruiting technical professionals across multiple technologies.
Strong understanding of the South African IT recruitment market.
Experience working with both permanent and contract placements.
Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Professional presentation.
High attention to detail.
Excellent time management.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
