The Senior Manager, Content - Franchise is responsible for leading the creation, localization, and deployment of all content across the Franchise, ensuring excellence in storytelling and IMX integration. This role is the content engine of the Franchise—ensuring all creative assets are on strategy, culturally relevant, high quality, and consistently delivered across all channels (digital, social, retail, experiential, and traditional media).
The leader works closely with Franchise Marketing, OU IMX, Creative & Content Studios, Agencies, Platform Partners, and Bottlers to deliver powerful, insight driven content that fuels brand growth. Driven content that fuels brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop the Franchise Content Strategy aligned to brand priorities and OU IMX guidance.
Ensure full-funnel content planning across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Translate insights into creative content opportunities tailored to local culture and consumer passion points.
Ensure all content ladders up to brand positioning, creative ambition, and Franchise growth objectives.
Content Development & Localization
Lead the development, adaptation, and approval of creative assets for the Franchise.
Guide agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class creative work that resonates culturally and fits platform best practices.
Localize global/regional assets to suit market nuances while maintaining brand consistency.
Manage content calendars across campaigns and always on programs. On programs.
Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) Execution
Partner with Franchise Marketing and IMX leads to ensure content is integrated across the full consumer journey.
Provide creative leadership in campaign planning, reviews, and asset routing.
Ensure that content meets standards for quality, governance, and legal compliance.
Coordinate with media and digital teams to ensure channel optimized content delivery. Optimized content delivery.
Content Production & Studio Management
Oversee production processes, including briefs, shoots, post-production, adaptation, and versioning.
Manage relationships with production houses, editors, creators, influencers, and internal content studios.
Apply best practices for efficient content production, scalability, and reuse across markets.
Drive cost efficiencies and production excellence through system tools and frameworks.
Content Performance & Insights
Collaborate with Digital, Media, and Analytics to assess content performance and effectiveness.
Optimize creative assets based on data-driven insights (A/B tests, platform analytics, brand trackers, social listening, etc.).
Track trends in culture, consumer behaviour, and platform algorithms to inform future content development.
Cross-functional & Bottler Collaboration
Partner with Bottler Marketing, Shopper, and Customer teams to produce localized retail, shopper, and OOH content.
Lead capability-building for Franchise and Bottler teams on creative best practices, trends, and platforms.
Ensure alignment with OU IMX, Media, Legal, Public Affairs, and Brand Teams.
Governance, Compliance & Brand Stewardship
Ensure content adheres to global and OU brand guidelines, safety standards, and compliance processes.
Champion visual identity excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
Maintain strong version control, asset management, and usage rights tracking.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Production, or a related field.
7 - 10+ years of experience in content creation, creative development, or IMX roles.
Strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, and creative best practices.
Experience working with agencies, production partners, and multimarket teams.
Demonstrated success delivering culturally relevant campaigns.
