Key Responsibilities
Perform operations management.
Direct plant and conventional safety programme.
Direct plant operations in the design base.
Direct Plant life cycle management in plant engineering, operating and maintaining the plant.
Manage plant contracts in line with Power Station policies and commercial procedures.
Human resource management and training.
Direct plant finances.
Leadership development of key station managers.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
B. Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
National Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial or Systems Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
Experience:
10 years Power Station experience in a management capacity, plant operations and engineering.
