RESPONSIBILITIES
MEDIA STRATEGY & PLANNING
Develop and implement an integrated media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals and sales targets for various property portfolios.
Identify optimal media mixes across digital (social media, search, programmatic) and traditional channels (print, broadcast, OOH) to reach high-net-worth individuals, diaspora investors, and local homebuyers.
Conduct market research and audience analysis to define key buyer personas for each project (eg, luxury, affordable, commercial
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & MANAGEMENT
Oversee the planning, buying, and execution of all media campaigns. ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage and negotiate media vendor relationships and all media buying activities.
Lead the creative development and content production for campaigns. ensuring brand consistency and compelling storytelling
Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns, including but not limited to Meta Ads. Google Ads, and Linkedin, with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING
Track, measure, and report on all campaign performance against defined KPIs and ROL
Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum impact and efficiency.
Develop and present weekly and monthly strategic performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
