Senior Oracle Financial Systems Consultant at Praesignis

Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Financial Systems Consultant to join a high-performing Finance Technology team within the banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, integration and support of Oracle-based financial systems and applications across critical enterprise platforms.
The role requires strong experience across Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS R12, PL/SQL development, financial/accounting systems, data integration and production support within large enterprise environments. The consultant will support both Run-the-Bank (RTB) operations and Change-the-Bank (CTB) strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Oracle APEX Development & Support


Develop and support Oracle APEX applications.
Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS R12.
Perform Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
Support integrations, APIs and real-time data replication.
Provide production support, incident management and root cause analysis.
Support RTB and CTB initiatives.
Assist with Disaster Recovery planning and testing.
Work closely with business, architecture, security and operations teams.


Minimum Requirements


5+ years' experience in Oracle Financial Systems environments.
Strong Oracle APEX development experience.
Solid Oracle EBS R12 technical and/or functional experience.
Strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills.
Experience with Oracle integrations and APIs.
Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
Knowledge of financial systems, reconciliation and accounting processes.
Experience within banking or financial services environments advantageous.
Strong understanding of SDLC, governance and change management processes.
