Key Responsibilities
PR Strategy Development & Execution:
Independently develop, break down, and implement communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives; own the impact on brand reputation and communication effectiveness.
Lead the planning and execution of integrated online-to-offline campaigns, including but not limited to: brand launches, industry exhibitions, and cross-sector collaborative events.
Government & Media Relations:
Cultivate and expand a robust network of core media contacts and relevant government stakeholders, establishing long-term, trust-based communication channels.
Independently drive high-quality media collaborations, such as in-depth interviews, content co-creation, and agenda-setting initiatives.
Rapidly respond to and adeptly manage public opinion and crisis communication situations.
Cross-Industry Synergy & Resource Integration:
Proactively identify and facilitate cross-brand collaboration opportunities, designing partnerships and event-driven campaigns with viral, boundary-breaking appeal.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale projects like trade shows and pop-up activations, ensuring experience design remains seamlessly aligned with brand identity.
AI-Powered Workflow Optimization:
Skillfully leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to augment daily PR work, including:
Rapid drafting and polishing of high-quality press releases, speeches, and social copy;
Brainstorming and visual concept mockups during the creative planning phase;
Aggregating sentiment data, extracting insights, and supporting data-informed decisions.
Continuously explore new AI applications across PR scenarios, driving the evolution of the team's working methods
Industry Insight & Strategic Counsel
Closely monitor industry trends, policy shifts, and competitor communications; regularly deliver market insight reports to inform management strategy.
Qualifications
Background & Experience (meet at least one of the following):
5+ years of experience as a PR Manager or equivalent role in a large-scale enterprise, with a proven, well-rounded portfolio of projects.
Senior Account Manager, Project Lead, or above in a reputable PR/advertising agency, having deeply served major brand clients.
Resources & Track Record (mandatory):
Demonstrable relationships with relevant government bodies and key media; able to cite specific examples of successfully facilitating critical cooperation or defusing public sentiment.
A track record of leading cross-industry brand alliances, or orchestrating integrated marketing projects encompassing offline exhibitions and large-scale launch events.
Core Competencies:
Capable of handling the full chain — from strategy and copywriting to on-site execution — without heavy reliance on support; thrives in ambiguous situations and proactively finds solutions.
Keen sensitivity to industry shifts, public mood, and changes in the communication landscape; adept at rapidly translating insights into communication opportunities.
Proactively embeds AI tools into daily workflows, viewing them as a default lever for enhancing creative quality and execution efficiency — not as an afterthought. Candidates who can share concrete use cases and efficiency gains are preferred.
