Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lekki for a Senior Procurement Specialist.
The Senior Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
They will also oversee procurement budgets, ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards, and maintain detailed records of all transactions.
Collaboration with other departments will be essential to ensure appropriate material selection and vendor alignment with organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Strong abilities in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost analysis.
Knowledge of procurement planning, logistics, and supply chain management.
Demonstrated proficiency in vendor sourcing, market research, and assessing supplier performance.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with applicable procurement regulations and compliance standards.
Proficiency in the use of procurement and inventory management software.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the oil & gas, industrial, or energy sectors is highly desirable.
