8 years' relevant experience within H.R. of which 5 years should be within the talent management environment
Computer Literacy

Key Performance Areas
To develop, guide and advise branches / departments in the planning & implementation of people management strategies, functions & activities.
Implement the talent attraction, retention and development strategies
To develop & implement strategic workforce plans
Coordinate & implement training & development programmes & interventions related to Workforce plans & WSP.
Monitor, support, evaluate & report on the implementation of IPM
To assess, align & implement organisational design interventions
Coordinate organisational development initiatives
Develop & Implement EE & diversity initiatives.
Manage employee relations in the departments
Support the Implementation of employee wellness interventions
Engage with the relevant internal & external stakeholders
