Senior Purchaser

About the job The role is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services required to support the organisation's operations, including vessel and RC requirements. The position identifies the best available solutions, negotiates favourable prices and product specifications, creates and manages purchase orders, and follows up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. The role also maintains accurate and up-to-date purchase order information, builds and manages effective relationships with local suppliers on technical and commercial matters, and supports the development and maintenance of the supplier database and tender process to ensure value for money, efficiency, and continuity of supply.
