Description
Assists in projects or performs routine work activities under supervision.
Coordinating of work activities and supervises allocated HR resources if applicable.
Adheres to financial administrative controls.
Adheres to work plans.
Adhere to quality standards.
Utilises equipments and materials.
Provides research support, diagnostics, and other services.
Collects and captures data under supervision.
Provides verbal/written feedback on work activities.
Participates in the compilation of reports under supervision.
Participates in presenting oral and poster contributions under mentorship.
Assists in optimising of equipments and/or processes and/or systems.
Assist in training junior staff.
Assists with basic activities related to research services.
Complies with SHE/OHS regulations and procedures.
Requirements
Grade 12(or equivalent/RPL) with 10 years relevant experience.
National diploma in agriculture will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in conducting field work (sample collections, field measurements).
Experience in data analyses using appropriate statistical packages and interpretation of this data.
Proven experience in working with and traveling in large teams.
GIS experience will be an added advantage.
A Valid South African driver's license will be advantageous.
