Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the freight forwarding and logistics market
Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored logistics solutions
Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contract terms
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Conduct market research to identify prospects and stay ahead of industry trends
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client interactions, and reports using CRM tools
Work with marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
3 - 5 years proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
Strong track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Strong understanding of logistics solutions and market dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Working Conditions:
