Senior Server Engineer (MS 365, Exchange 2010, Active Directory) (KZN) at Datafin Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:


PROVIDE Enterprise Server support to clients of a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist seeking its next Senior Server Engineer for its KwaZulu-Natal Division. The ideal candidate must have Grade 12/Matric, Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA 2016 and Vendor Certifications Eg, HPE Dell, Lenovo.
You will also need 5 years' experience in a similar technical role with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating systems, VMware and Hyper-V hypervisors install and configure experience and experience with Backup products including Veeam & Acronis.
You will also require Datacentre deployment knowledge and must be able to work independently and under pressure.


REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications -


Matric Grade 12 (Compulsory).
Microsoft 365.
Microsoft Platform Certifications.
Microsoft MCSA 2016 or equivalent.
Vendor Certifications Eg, HPE Dell, Lenovo.


Experience/Skills -


5 Years of solid technical experience.
Microsoft 365 experience.
Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or higher.
ITIL v2 Foundation.
Extensive experience supporting Active Directory and Hyper V.
Extensive experience supporting multi-Vendor Hardware platforms.
Backup product.
MS O365.
Veeam.
Deploying Hypervisors.
Deploying new Hardware and Configuring.


Advantageous -


Hardware troubleshooting across HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Huawei and other platforms.
