Senior Software Developer(Java/Node.js)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and software solutions. Lead technical design discussions and recommend appropriate architectures, frameworks, and technologies. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code. Review code written by other developers and enforce coding standards and best practices. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues. Develop and maintain APIs, database integrations, and third-party system integrations. Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, and agile development ceremonies. Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices. Ensure applications comply with security, data protection, and software quality standards. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical development. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
