Responsibilities


Lead structural design, analysis, and review for major projects

Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project managers
Ensure compliance with local and international design codes and safety standards
Mentor and support junior engineers
Identify opportunities for value engineering, cost optimization, and sustainability


Requirements
Education:


Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering


Experience:


Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in real estate and construction
Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards
