As one of the key representatives of our dealership's service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.


Minimum Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent
Previous dealership environment/ Toyota experience advantageous
Experience in customer service, retail, call centres, administration, or entry-level automotive roles advantageous
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in computer applications and software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Clear criminal record


Duties and Responsibilities


Greet customers and assess their vehicle repair and maintenance needs
Provide accurate cost estimates and service timeframes
Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
Liaise with technicians and the parts department to coordinate repairs
Keep customers informed throughout the service process
Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend services
Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty
