Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, accurately capturing service needs and creating detailed job cards.
Coordinate service jobs by scheduling work, liaising with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
Provide customers with clear updates on diagnostics, repair progress, costs, and timelines.
Ensure accurate job costing, including labor, parts, and external services, while maintaining proper documentation.
Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of required components and minimize downtime.
Verify completed work against job cards and uphold quality standards before vehicle or equipment handover.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and promoting service offerings to support business growth.
Key Qualifications
A Bachelor's or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
Experience with Hyundai equipment or similar brands.
Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery
Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
A valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally to regional branches.
