Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Service Implants to be stationed at client locations to coordinate logistics operations, ensure service excellence, and act as the company's on-site representative. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day shipment processing while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the on-site representative of the company at the client's location.
Coordinate daily pickup, delivery, and shipment processing activities.
Receive, validate, and process shipment requests from the client.
Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and handover of shipments.
Liaise with operations, network, and customer service teams to resolve issues.
Monitor service level performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
Escalate operational challenges promptly and follow through to resolution.
Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards at all times.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
SLA compliance rate
Accuracy of shipment documentation and data entry
Client satisfaction and feedback
Timely escalation and resolution of issues
Attendance and reliability at client site
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of SSCE /ND in any discipline.
1 - 3 years' experience in logistics, courier operations, or customer service.
Good understanding of logistics processes and shipment handling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, logistics systems).
