Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Executives (3PL) to drive business growth through the acquisition and management of key corporate and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 3PL solutions, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in logistics sales.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new 3PL business opportunities (warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery, line haul, contract logistics).
Manage and grow existing corporate and enterprise client accounts.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, pricing models, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Work closely with Operations, Network, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct market research to identify new sectors and emerging opportunities.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs.
Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forums.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in logistics or 3PL sales.
Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and distribution services.
Proven ability to close high-value corporate and enterprise deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management capability.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
MBA or relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
