About the Programme
This is a 12-month structured graduate development programme offered in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R SETA). The programme is designed to provide graduates with valuable workplace experience, professional development opportunities, and exposure to the fast-paced retail industry.
Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical business knowledge, and contribute to meaningful projects that support Boxer's continued growth and success.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:
Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
No more than 2 years of working experience
Be a South African citizen
Be currently unemployed and available to start on 1 August 2026
Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a participant in our Graduate Programme, you will:
Support Departmental Activities: Work closely with your assigned department to support daily operations, including data analysis, report generation, and process improvements.
Learn and Apply Industry Knowledge: Gain knowledge in your specific field of study and apply this learning to real-world business scenarios.
Receive Mentorship and Training: Benefit from ongoing mentorship and training programs aimed at enhancing your skills and professional growth.
