Responsibilties
Customer Service:
Facilitate the Buymore Brand in ensuring that all customers are welcomed and that they receive the best possible service by:
Greeting customers and ascertaining what each customer wants or needs.
Providing a proper level of service to customers and potential customers
Facilitating sales to customers in compliance with all company policies and conditions
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
Floor Management:
Organizing the shop floor and ensuring all merchandize are well displayed on the shelves
Ensure racks are fully stocked at all times.
Ensure all products on display are tagged with current prices
Daily clean shelves, merchandize and tables.
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
Operational Execution:
Ensure compliance with all operating standards, policies, and procedures, which include:
Ensuring the safekeeping and protection of all company assets (owned or rented)
Replenishing sold items from the stock room
Inform procurement departments of products on demand by customers
Notify Inventory department about products expiring date
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
Requirement
Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification.
