Job Summary
Alphabait Realty is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Operations Site Engineer to supervise site operations, coordinate construction activities, and ensure projects are executed according to approved specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce operations.
Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are maintained.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage on site.
Monitor project progress and escalate delays or technical issues.
Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
Assist in material estimation, procurement, and inventory management.
Interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
Support project planning and execution activities.
Ensure adherence to company operational standards and timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years site engineering experience in real estate or construction projects.
COREN certification or relevant professional membership is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and construction reporting tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
