Alphabait Realty is looking for enthusiastic NYSC members to support site operations and gain practical construction and real estate development experience.
Requirements
Must be a current NYSC Corps Member.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering/construction discipline.
Basic understanding of construction processes and site supervision.
Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong willingness to learn and work on-site.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily site activities.
Support site reporting and documentation.
Assist with quality control inspections.
Monitor materials usage and site progress.
Support engineers and project teams in operational activities.
