Job Summary
We are recruiting for the position of Site Manager, the role is responsible for all aspects of the development of the building construction project on site.
The Site Manager will oversee and coordinate building construction projects on the site.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects of the work, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Overseeing and coordinating building construction project on the site using various methodologies.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinating and managing site personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and labourers.
Monitoring and providing weekly report on the project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and team members, including architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers.
Ensuring site safety and implementing site-specific safety plan.
Managing site logistics, including materials, equipment, and waste.
Collaborating with other departments such as QS, etc. to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
10 years' experience as a contractor's Site Engineer
Must have managed by himself a project of at least 7 floors each from foundation to handover.
Must have a total understanding of all the technical details of each building trade in the building construction process.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Must have a good command of spoken and written English
