Site Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily civil, mechanical and electrical construction activities. Monitor contractor and subcontractor mobilisation, manpower and productivity. Supervise 33kV, 11kV and LV overhead line construction. Support substation, underground cabling and metering infrastructure works. Monitor equipment, pole and other civil foundations. Review daily work progress and identify delays, risks and non-conformances. Coordinate with contractors, Owner's Engineers and grid operators. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports. Maintain construction drawings, test reports and other site documentation. Monitor health, safety and workmanship standards on site. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering. 3 - 5 years' experience in power distribution or infrastructure construction. Strong understanding of construction drawings, designs, calculations and standards. Experience with 33kV/11kV networks, LV OH lines, substations and UG cabling is highly desirable. GIS and AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.. Must be based in the location or willing to relocate. Willingness to work full-time on site and travel when required.
