Minimum Requirements:


Grade 12
B Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development
Occupational Directed Education, Training and Development Practitioner (ODETDP)
Code B Driving License
03 years' relevant experience in local government Skills Development environment.
Registration with relevant professional body will be an added advantage
Certificate in computer literacy


Key Performance Areas:


Coordinates the immediate and short-term plans associated with Education, Training and Development of the institution.
Contributes to the development of the sub-section's Policies, Procedures, Systems and Controls.
Monitors training courses based on relevant competencies and functionalities.
Monitors the implementation of bursaries, study assistance and other skills programs within the institution.
Monitors the execution of induction programs for new and existing employees in the institution.
Monitors the key Performance Indicators and performance outcomes of personnel within the sub-section.
Controls the section's financial and asset management.
Monitors administrative and reporting requirements associated with the functionality of the section.
Coordinates the section's stakeholder management and communication processes.
