Desired experience:


Recent supervisory experience in a grocery supermarket or similar retail environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Customer-service focused and professional.
Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
Must be comfortable with stock control and working with merchandisers.


Duties & responsibilities will include:


Ensure that the store is clean, organised and customer-friendly.
Oversee the general day-to-day running and presentation of the store.
Manage and monitor stock levels.
Receive and check deliveries.
Ensure shelves are replenished timeously and correctly.
Keep accurate records of stock and report shortages or excess stock.
Work closely with merchandisers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure customers receive a positive shopping experience.
Build and maintain good relationships with regular customers.
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Ensure products are stored and displayed according to relevant regulations.
Monitor security and assist with loss prevention.
