We are seeking a data-driven Social Media Manager who specialises in LinkedIn lead generation and brand growth
This is not just a content posting role; you will actively use inbound and outbound LinkedIn strategies to drive business opportunities alongside multi-platform management.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn Lead Gen: Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and execute strategic LinkedIn DM campaigns to identify and engage prospects.
Platform Management: Full ownership of IG, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
Analytics: Track, interpret, and report on growth, engagement, and lead conversion metrics weekly.
Content: Create brand-aligned posts, reels, and copy that initiate conversations.
Engagement: Manage community interactions and maintain a professional brand voice.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ Year (Business Brand Management + LinkedIn Outbound)
Minimum 2 years of experience managing professional business brands.
Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and managing professional LinkedIn DMs for sales, leads, or partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to move the needle on engagement, leads, and conversion.
Proficiency in content tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
