Summary


The social media manager will be responsible for growing brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving traffic and conversions across all major social platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, video, stories, reels)
Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)
Handle online reputation management and community moderation.


Person Specification:


NCE / ND, HND, BSc Degree
2 - 3 years Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience with paid social media advertising
Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
