Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, innovative, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and manage our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate must be versatile in all aspects of social media marketingand possess a verifiable track record of successfully growing brands, generating quality leads, increasing engagement, and executing high-performing digital campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support the company's sales and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies.
Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create, plan, and publish engaging and conversion-driven content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Design and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and maximize return on investment.
Build and implement social media campaigns that support recruitment, sales, and brand awareness objectives.
Monitor social media trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Engage with online communities and ensure prompt responses to inquiries and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective digital campaigns.
Track, analyze, and present performance reports using social media analyticand digital marketing tools.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Work with creative teams to produce high-quality multimedia content.
Develop influenceand partnership strategies where necessary to increase brand reach.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or related role.
Must be versatile in social media marketing, content strategy, paid advertising, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Must have a verifiable track record of managing successful social media campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
Evidence of previous achievements, portfolios, or case studies demonstrating social media growth and campaign success will be required.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO basics, and digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in social media management, analytic, and scheduling tools.
Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
