Job Description


A real estate company is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with a trend-aware approach to content creation and community management. The role requires a dynamic individual to oversee authentic digital strategies for both a high-end restaurant and luxury student accommodation.


Responsibilities:


Produce at least five high-quality content pieces weekly for the restaurant brand.
Capture and deliver content for events, including weekends and public holidays.
Develop and post static content and carousel strategies aligned with high-performing formats.
Repurpose viral reels every 1 - 2 weeks to optimize performance.
Generate weekly content for luxury student accommodation and coordinate community collaborations.
Oversee online community engagement across brands to ensure meaningful interactions.
Mentor student content creators and recruit participants for video campaigns.
Manage and boost organic content during key campaign seasons.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand standards and business goals.
Coordinate with the bakery to translate food trends into content and assist with menu updates.
Boost a minimum of three reels or carousels per week on Meta platforms.
Maintain the brand content phone and ensure all media is safely stored.
Align staff uniforms with brand standards and ensure cohesive messaging across platforms.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
1 - 3 years or more of experience in financial management, accounting, analysis, or reporting.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
