We are seeking a results-driven and creative Customer Experience Representative/Social Media Manager to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and enrolment conversion across our school network. This role blends digital marketing, customer engagement, and sales conversion to support student recruitment and school growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to drive enquiries and student enrolment
Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms, campaigns, and content
Engage prospective families via social media, email, and other digital channels
Support enrolment conversion through timely follow-ups and targeted messaging
Monitor and optimise performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions)
Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to align campaigns with enrolment goals
Manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Cloud) to track leads and conversion pipelines
Analyse trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance
Create compelling content that reflects the school's brand and value proposition
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or lead generation
Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and conversion tracking
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
Excellent communication, creativity, and customer engagement skills
Results-oriented with a strong focus on meeting targets
