Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and other departments to produce engaging content.
Execute and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
Monitor brand reputation and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
Generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and audience engagement initiatives.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion objectives.
Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations where applicable.
Stay updated on industry best practices, platform updates, and social media regulations.
Job Requirements / Specifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 - 8 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Excellent content writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
