Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 Job Summary Whip-Smart Services Provider Limited is seeking a creative, proactive and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage the company's social media platforms, create engaging content, grow online visibility, and strengthen audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow the company's social media platforms. Create and publish engaging content, captions, graphics, and videos. Develop and maintain content calendars. Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement. Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and online visibility. Track social media performance and prepare basic reports. Research trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy. Collaborate with the team on campaigns and promotional activities. Requirements Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms. Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills. Proficiency in Canva; basic video editing is an added advantage. Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
